At Bansi Creation, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what you ordered, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests only in the following cases:

The product received is damaged or defective.
You received a wrong product.
The product received is different from the product shown/ordered due to an error from our side.
The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be unused and unworn.
Be in its original condition.
Have the original packaging, tags, and accessories, if applicable.
Not have any stains, perfume/smell, makeup marks, washing, alteration, or other signs of use.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Products with missing tags or original packaging.
Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
Change of mind or personal preference.
Minor variations in colour, print, texture, or appearance that may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
Products purchased during a sale or special promotional offer, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

3. How to Request a Return

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your order number.
Your name and contact number.
Clear photographs of the product.
A clear video of the package/product if requested.
A brief description of the issue.

Our team will review your request and inform you whether the return is approved.

4. Return Process

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions regarding the return shipment.

Please do not send the product back without receiving confirmation from our team.

The product should be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected. The refund or replacement will be processed after the product passes our quality check.

5. Refunds

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Depending on your payment method, it may take additional business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

6. Replacement

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement is subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, we may provide an alternative resolution after discussing it with you.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs/videos showing the issue.

Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

8. Shipping Charges

If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a wrong, damaged, or defective product, we will review the case and arrange the appropriate resolution.

For returns requested for reasons not covered under this policy, return shipping charges may apply, where a return is accepted.

9. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped, subject to order processing status.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

10. Important Note

Sarees may have slight variations in colour, weave, texture, print placement, or finish due to the nature of the fabric, manufacturing process, photography, and differences in screen/display settings. Such minor variations will not generally be considered a defect.
